This thread allows users to voice their opinions on the English dubbed version of Bleach.

I'll go first.

After the Bount arc aired for what seemed like forever (I personally missed roughly the first half of the arc), the dub has finally started the Arrancar arc (at this point, Hueco Mundo).

I personally liked Grimmjow and Ulquiorra's dub voice, and Orihime's speech to ichigo before she left. I can;t wait to hear what Nel sounds like.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Oh god.. Nel's voice.
It could either be really bad.. or ok.
I can't imagine it being even close to the japanese dub.
I don't like Orihime's voice though >_>
I remember I was watching it this one time and she sounded like an old lady.. it was only in this one line though. But it creeped me out.
(From the bount arc, I loved Clouds voice!! It was spot-ON with the japanese version!!)

This is probably because I watched very little of the Japanese version, but I don't really have a problem with the English voices... except for maybe Chad's is a little too deep at times.

I wanna hear Nel. I hope it sounds cute.
Her Japanese voice makes her sound like a baby, and I love that.

I'm fine with everyone's voices. Except Hitsugaya's.
I don't know why but I just think it's too deep for him.

Are you telling me the whole time we played Bleach: Shattered Blades you didn't hear his voice once even though you chose to be him like 7 times?

I felt that Hitsugaya's voice wasn't good when he showed up,but now that he's been in the role for a while, and I've listened to it a lot, I think it fits.

I watch Both the English Dub and the Sub i personaly find everyones Voice quite acceptable except maybe Orihime's it can get quite Anoying when watching :( but im also looking forward to hearing Nel's voice but as Aceh said it could either be Really Bad or if where lucky... really good and im hoping its the latter.

The only voice I have a real problem with in the dub is Renji's it just doesn't fit him at all, and it sounds like he goes out of his way to sound japanese when he's pronouncing other characters names, it feels forced. Other than that I don't really care about everyone elses voices.

Honestly, I think I prefer her Japanese voice, since it's cuter. She actually sounds like a baby in the Japanese version.

Eh, maybe the dub voice'll get better as the actress gets better suited with the role.

Hehe i havent watched the Episode Yet xD im on ma holidays so i cant watch Any Anime :( But ill catch it when i get back.
